Track Your Order
Where the parcel is, and what to do when the link stops moving.
1. What you need
Your Order ID (in the confirmation email) and the order email you used. The Order ID is not the courier’s tracking number — the tracking number is issued later, when the parcel is handed over.
2. Where the tracking link comes from
We email a tracking link on the day of dispatch, after packing time of 1–2 business days. Until then the order shows as being prepared and there is no tracking number yet.
3. If the link has stopped updating
Courier scans can lag by a day, especially over a weekend. If nothing has changed for 72 hours, send your Order ID to [email protected] and we will follow it up with the courier.
4. Expected timelines
