How can I pay?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. Those are the only two methods on this site — no cards, no net banking, no wallets.

Is there an extra charge for Cash on Delivery?

No. COD costs the same as paying by UPI.

Will GST be added at checkout?

No extra GST is added at checkout. Micro Lights House is registered under GST (GSTIN 27AIDPH4447H1ZB) and the prices shown on product pages are inclusive of GST, so the item price is the amount payable for the item. The tax component appears on the invoice. Delivery charges are shown before checkout.

Can you give me a GST tax invoice?

Yes. We are registered under GST with GSTIN 27AIDPH4447H1ZB, and a GST invoice is issued for every order and sent with the parcel. If you need another copy, send us the Order ID and the order email.

What does delivery cost?

Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹59 applies below that.

How long does it take?

Packing takes 1–2 business days, then 2–4 business days in transit to metro cities and 4–8 business days elsewhere — 3–6 business days to metro cities, 5–10 business days elsewhere door to door from Thane, Maharashtra. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Do you ship outside India?

No. We deliver within India only.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed on the day of dispatch. You can also use the Track Your Order page with your Order ID and order email.

How long do I have to return something?

10 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging.

It arrived damaged. What now?

Write to [email protected] within 48 hours with your Order ID and photographs. We review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

When do I get my money back?

Within 5 business days of the returned item reaching us and passing a condition check. A cancellation refund takes 5–7 business days.

How do you describe what you sell?

Length, bulb count, colour temperature and power source are listed from the supplier’s specification. String lights described as indoor should not be used outdoors, and a set marked outdoor is weather-resistant rather than submersible. Check the plug type and the total run length before ordering.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
